2025-05-25

On April 14, LiuGong’s West Africa regional skills training was officially launched in Accra, the capital of Ghana. The training was co-organized with Ghanaian dealer, JA PLAN POOL, and attracted nearly 40 service personnel from LiuGong and its dealerships across multiple West African countries. The event also drew the attention of Metro TV, Ghana’s second-largest television network, which covered the training in detail.
LiuGong’s service network in Ghana has achieved full coverage of the country’s nearly 20 provinces. This successful training experience will be shared as a best practice case, providing a reference model for service development in the region.
The month-long training will focus on intermediate-level skills, including hydraulic systems, power systems, equipment maintenance, and operational techniques for key machinery models, empowering participants to enhance their professional expertise.
Upholding its “Customer First” philosophy, LiuGong remains committed to delivering fast, reliable, and professional aftermarket services while building a robust overseas service network. The company will continue to innovate and optimize its offerings to create greater value for global customers.
